MILWAUKEE (AP) — Bucks center Andrew Bogut is out for Milwaukee’s game against the Miami Heat on Friday night because of middle back pain. Bogut is Milwaukee’s leading scorer and rebounder, averaging 15.8 points and 10.2 rebounds.
